What file types can I upload for custom 3D printing?
You can upload supported 3D model files such as STL and 3MF. Please make sure your model meets the listed printing requirements before submitting.
Do you deliver across Singapore?
Yes. Created3D currently provides local delivery within Singapore only. Because we focus on local fulfilment, orders can usually be delivered faster than purchases shipped from overseas online stores. The delivery fee is shown clearly during checkout before payment.
Can you help me create a 3D model if I don’t already have one?
Yes. Depending on your request, Created3D can assist with custom design work or help you choose an existing design that can be personalised.
Can I personalise an existing product with a name, message or design?
Yes. Many products can be customised with names, text, colours, or other design changes. Available customisation options depend on the product.
What happens if my print arrives damaged or has a problem?
Contact Created3D and provide photos and videos showing the issue. We will review the order and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
